Strategic Plan

Our Process

It is an exciting time for Midview Local Schools! We are proud to announce that we’ve officially launched our strategic planning process. Our leadership team and Board of Education has long recognized the importance of having a clear, comprehensive, and actionable set of goals and objectives to guide our decisions and resource allocation. This strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for the next five years, outlining our priorities in key areas such as academic achievement, facilities, communication, operations, climate and culture, and finances.

What makes this process truly special is that it will be shaped by you – our community, students, staff, leadership, families, and our board. We are committed to creating a plan that reflects the values and aspirations of the entire Midview family.

Below, you’ll find more information on our strategic planning timeline as well as how you can participate in the online community survey and/or focus groups. Both will provide a confidential space for you to share your thoughts and ideas, which will be used by our Board of Education and administration to set clear goals and objectives for our district.

Please consider taking part and sharing your feedback. Above all, we encourage you to dream big as we work together to create a future of limitless possibilities for Midview.

Provide Feedback

Parents/guardians, alumni, and community members are invited to complete an online survey and/or attend a one-hour in-person focus group to share their feedback.
